How to prepare this delicious cocktail

What you need:

  • 6cl / 60ml / 2 fl. Oz. (US) pisco
  • 3cl / 30ml / 1 fl. Oz. (US) fresh lime juice
  • 2cl / 20ml / 0.68 fl. Oz. (US) sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice

Here's how:

  1. Add all ingredients except ice to the shaker and shake well for 10 seconds.
  2. Add the ice cubes and shake vigorously again for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a RIEDEL Sour glass using a Hawthorne Strainer to keep the egg white crown and your Pisco Sour is ready to serve!
