How to prepare this delicious cocktail
What you need:
6cl / 60ml / 2 fl. Oz. (US) pisco
3cl / 30ml / 1 fl. Oz. (US) fresh lime juice
2cl / 20ml / 0.68 fl. Oz. (US) sugar syrup
1 egg white
Ice
Here's how:
Add all ingredients except ice to the shaker and shake well for 10 seconds.
Add the ice cubes and shake vigorously again for 10 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into a RIEDEL Sour glass using a Hawthorne Strainer to keep the egg white crown and your Pisco Sour is ready to serve!
