RIEDEL.com 30-Day Return Policy
For products ordered on this Website, Crystal of America, Inc. will provide the Customer a refund as long as the following return procedure is followed:
- The merchandise must be returned and received by Crystal of America, Inc. within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns must be approved by Crystal of America, Inc. prior to sending back the merchandise. Please email webshopusa@riedel.com for proper procedure and prior written approval.
- The merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition and inside the original Riedel box.
- The reason(s) for the return must be documented on the packing slip and inserted in the shipping box.
- Customer is responsible for organizing the return shipment.
- All return packages must be sent prepaid by the Customer.
Subject to the observance of the outlined return proceedings, Customer should expect to receive the refund within four weeks of receipt of the returned merchandise by Crystal of America, Inc. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). After successful completion of the refund you will find a credit on your credit card statement.
Please note that this Return Policy applies only to items purchased on www.riedel.com. Crystal of America, Inc. will not accept returns for products purchased on third-party Websites or in any retail store.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item as described above and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. Subject to the observance of the outlined return proceedings, you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the returned item. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
