Who doesn’t love a mojito? This rum-less version of the classic minty cocktail will leave you truly refreshed and energized!

If you enjoy the fun of making or sipping a tasty cocktail, removing that from your life without adequately replacing it can leave a void that can make it more difficult to stick to Dry January or maintain healthier drinking habits. Luckily, thanks to innovative minds and the emergence of more alcohol-free spirits in recent years, there are plenty of zero-alcohol mocktails that you can try making to make it easier to cement healthier habits.

Ingredients (for one serving)

  • 30ml / 1fl.oz. fresh lime juice
  • 15ml / 0.5fl.oz. simple syrup
  • 120ml / 4fl.oz. soda water
  • Ice
  • Small bunch of mint leaves
  • 1 lime

Preparation

Cut your lime into wedges, add them to your RIEDEL Highball Glass with a handful of mint leaves, and muddle using a bar spoon. Add your fresh lime juice, sugar syrup, soda water, and ice, and stir to combine.
