Tequila

Primarily produced around the city of Tequila in Mexico, this spirit is made from the blue agave plant, which is fermented before being distilled. Tequila is available as Blanco tequila, Reposado tequila, Añejo tequila, and Extra Añejo tequila, all of which reflect the tequila's aging process. Good Tequila is typically best served neat.
