Jerez
The Spanish name for Sherry, Jerez is a fortified wine made from white grapes that originates in Andalusia in southern Spain. Made primarily from the Palomino grape, Jerez has a great range of flavours and heaviness, and can be either dry or sweet. It can possess an aromatic, relaxing character, and can be enjoyed during or after a meal, depending on whether the sherry is dry or sweet.
