Teroldego
Grown primarily in the Trentino region of north-east Italy, this red wine grape variety is used to make the DOC-status Teroldego Rotaliano wine, requires little aging and produces distinctly fruity flavours that made it a renowned grape from the region. The acidity of Teroldego makes it pair well with a variety of foods, including fish, gamey meats, roasted beef, couscous with raisins, and goulash.
