St. Aubin
Located in Côte de Beaune of the Burgundy wine region, this wine can be of Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée status for both red and white wines. Red St. Aubin wines are made primarily from Pinot noir grapes and account for around 25% of wine from the area, while white wines, which account for 75% of produce, are made primarily from Chardonnay grapes, though Pinot blanc is also permitted for use.
