Noilly Prat is a brand of French vermouth that has been made in Marseille in the south of France for nearly 200 years. Dry and full-bodied in nature, this vermouth has a distinct, aromatic quality, using Picpoul and Clairette as the grapes for the base wine. Noilly Prat can be enjoyed before dinner as an apéritif.
