This Appellation d'origine contrôlée and Grand Cru vineyard is located in eastern France, in the Burgundy region. The appellation uses only Chardonnay to produce white wine, for which young wines displays a pale gold colour with green highlights, while older wines see the colour shift towards yellow or amber. Corton-Charlemagnes hold a delicate bouquet, with notes of apple, cinnamon, and citrus, with notes of honey.
