Grown in the Valpolicella region in the province of Verona, Italy, Amarone della Valpolicella is dry red wine made from Corvina, Rondinella and other approved red grape varieties that are allowed to partially dry in order to concentrate the grapes' sugars and flavours. This rich wine is long-aging and pairs well with red meats and a variety of cheeses.
