Morillon (unoaked)
A synonym for Chardonnay, this green-skinned grape used to produce white wine originates from the Burgundy region of France, but is now grown worldwide. Unoaked Morillon wines are aged in steel, have a higher level of acidity than oaked Morillons, and display clear and fresh fruity flavours. These wines match well with delicate foods such as steamed fish, shellfish, pâtés, and vegetable risottos.
