Melon de Bourgogne (Muscadet)
This variety of white wine grape is grown primarily in the Loire Valley region of France, but is also grown in North America. Naturally high yielding, it produces dry white wines, most notably Muscadet white wine, which is fresh and crispy to drink, with neutral fruit flavours emerging. Melon de Bourgogne wines are known for pairing well with seafoods, in particular Oysters as well as Lobster and Shrimp.
