Chardonnay (unoaked)
This globally-known, green-skinned grape used to produce white wine originates from the Burgundy region of France, but is now grown worldwide. Unoaked Chardonnays are aged in steel, have a higher level of acidity than oaked Chardonnays, and display clear and fresh fruity flavours. These Chardonnays match well with delicate foods such as steamed fish, shellfish, pâtés, and vegetable risottos.
