Chablis
This wine region is the most northerly wine district in France's Burgundy area. Made 100% from Chardonnay grapes, Chablis wine is one of the most famous white wines to come from the Burgundy region and can be made as a Chablis Grand Cru. This dry wine does not have the oaky influence of other Burgundy wines, and pairs well with foods such as goats' cheese, mushrooms, shellfish, and oysters.
