Monbazillac
Produced in the Dordogne region of France, this Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée exclusively produces sweet white wine. Established as an AOC in 1936, Sémillon, Sauvignon blanc and Muscadelle are the primary grapes used in a blend for a Monbazillac, with the grapes being hand-picked after noble rot has set in. While known as a dessert wine, Monbazillac can also be enjoyed with appetisers such as a chicken liver parfait
