Fiano
Grown primarily in the Campania region of southern Italy and on the Italian island of Sicily, this white grape variety is best known for producing Fiano di Avellino white wine. A low-yielding, early-ripening grape, Fiano produces dry, well-balance wines that express notes of nuts and honey and develop best with 2-3 years of bottle aging.
