Spirits
Also known as liquor, spirits are alcoholic drinks that are produced by distilling already-fermented grains, fruits, or vegetables to create a substance that is high in alcohol percentage. Examples of spirits include vodka, gin, tequila, brandy, rum, and whisky. Spirits can be served in a variety of ways, such as neat, over ice cubes, with water, as a shot, with a simple mixer, or as a more complex cocktail.
