Bardolino
Produced to the east of Lake Garda along the morainic hills in the province of Verona in Italy, Bardolino is a red wine created by blending primarily the Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. A relatively low use of Corvina makes Bardolino a lighter bodied red wine than Valpolicella, while this wine pairs nicely with fish and poultry, especially when cooked with a slightly spicy sauce.
